✅ Our commitment: We offer a 7-day full refund on your first payment, no questions asked. We want you to be confident before you commit — try Pro or Agency, and if it's not the right fit, we'll refund you fully.
Request within 7 days of your first payment for any plan. Email billing@localspyai.com. No questions asked. Processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds requested between 7–30 days of your first payment, or due to documented technical failures on our side that prevented you from using the service. Email billing@localspyai.com with details.
Renewal charges (months 2+), requests made after 30 days, unused portions of a billing period after cancellation, AI image generation credits already consumed, or violation of our Terms of Service.

Your registered email address, the date of payment, and optionally — why it wasn't right for you (helps us improve)
We'll confirm your eligibility and initiate the refund. Stripe returns funds in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
After a refund, your account continues on the Free plan. Your data and scan history are preserved.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Manage Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access to your paid plan features until then.
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or data. You can reactivate at any time.
If or when we introduce annual billing options, those will have a specific refund schedule described at the time of purchase. Typically, annual plans are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial payment, and pro-rated refunds for the remaining unused months thereafter.
If LocalSpy AI is significantly unavailable (more than 24 hours of downtime in a billing period) due to our technical failures, we will proactively provide either a service credit or a partial refund proportional to the downtime — without you needing to ask.
We ask that you contact us at billing@localspyai.com before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks result in immediate account suspension and additional processing fees. We will always work with you directly to resolve issues fairly.
